Csilla Felsen

Csilla Felsen
has been dancing Argentine Tango for four years throughout the U.S. and Buenos Aires. Formerly a competitive ballroom dancer and Caltech Ballroom Dance Club president, she appreciates the playful spontaneity that Argentine tango has to offer on the social dance floor. Since she learned most of what she knows from social dancing, Csilla's focus is on using the fundamentals of lead and follow technique to make every dance a pleasurable conversation.

Brick Robbins

Brick Robbins
has been dancing Argentine Tango for over 7 years. Brick also dances and teaches Swing/Ballroom/Country partner dances and has studied Ballet and Jazz. As both a performer and a social dancer, Brick recognizes the profound difference between dancing choreography on a stage for an audience and improvising on a crowded dance floor.

His focus is on using connection with one's partner to create an emotional experience through interpretation of the music.

With a degree in engineering from the University of California, he understands (and can teach) the technical aspects of tango including the physics and physiology of the dance, and the structure of music.

In 2009, Brick lived, studied and danced in Buenos Aires on his personal pilgrimage to the birthplace of Tango.
